An offbeat monsoon paradise nestled in the hills of Kalimpong, offering lush green landscapes, misty mountain views, and the perfect backdrop for our Independence Day celebration ride.

Itinerary Details:

Day 1 (14th August): The Monsoon Push
* Midnight Meetup at 12:00 AM and flag-off from Panpur Toll Plaza (00:15 AM). The time is strict.
* Cruise through the highway, crossing over into North Bengal.
* Ascend the hills via Coronation Bridge, handling monsoon curves to reach our base at Burmaik, Kalimpong.
* Evening briefing, dinner, and rest.

Day 2 (15th August): Independence Day Mountain Rally & Exploration
* Independence Day Rally: Gear up for a proud Independence Day Rally on the mountain roads with our flags flying high!
* Local Sightseeing Circuit
* Catch breathtaking views at the Mountian with lush greenary
* Cruise past Palakhola and the Relli River
* Evening return to the stay for a celebratory evening time spend with all of us..

Day 3 (16th August): Return to base
* Morning ride starting after completion of breakfast
* Retruning to Home

Terms & Conditions:

1. Rider & Motorcycle Fitness: Only motorcycles in top mechanical condition are allowed. Double-check your brake pads, tire tread (monsoon-friendly tires are mandatory), and electricals/lights before the ride.

2. Mandatory Monsoon Gear: Heavy-duty raincoats/rain suits, waterproof luggage covers or dry bags, and anti-fog helmet visors are strictly required.

3. Safety & Riding Discipline: Formation riding must be maintained throughout the journey. No overtaking the lead rider or lagging behind the tail rider. Speed limits will be heavily dictated by visibility and rain conditions. Get Hydrated everytime.

4. Hill Riding Rules: Landslips and slush are common in North Bengal during August. Riders must maintain an increased braking distance and exercise extreme caution on mountain bends - specially Engine Breaking

5. Documents: Valid driving license, updated bike insurance, pollution certificate (PUC), and registration certificate (RC) must be carried along with ID proof (physical carry) of Riders and Pillions.

6. Independence Day Rally Decor: Flags mounted on motorcycles for the rally must be securely fastened so they do not obstruct the rider's view, wheels, or chain sprocket.

7. Liability Disclaimer: The organizers are not responsible for any delays, route alterations, or cancellations caused by landslides, heavy rainfall, or political blockades. Riders participate at their own risk.

8. Must Carry Items:

Must carry all documents - DL, RC, PUC, Insurance, Govt ID card
Must carry Rain gears - Rain coat, rain pant, Wtaerproof shoe / waterproof shoe cover
Basic medical kit
Basic Motorcycle maintainence kit (individual required)
Chain cleaner, Chain Lube
On time reach on meetup point
Carry proper hydration system - Hydration bag / water bottle, ORS

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Registration: Please note that the initial registration amount is strictly non-refundable.
Balance Payment: To secure your slot, all registered participants must ensure the remaining balance is paid in full before the specified deadline.
Cancellation Deadline: Registrations cannot be canceled or modified after the window closes. If you need to cancel your trip, you must formally notify our admin team on or before July 4, 2026, by 11:59 PM. Any cancellation requests received after this deadline will not be entertained.
Failure of attend the event: Even the particiapnt failed to join due to any reason and not being informed our admin on or before July 4, 2026, by 11:59 PM, the particiant need to pay the rest of the amount.
